My journey started working in a psychiatric hospital where I worked as a support worker and then as a Registered Nurse. I fell in love with this job, this job gave me my first ever feeling of 'purpose'. Being able to be apart of someones journey, to sit with them through their darkest places and to aid in their recovery is a privilege that goes unmatched.

Alongside my nursing, I couldn't get rid of this feeling that I still had more to give to the world and so I began working on Frank & Flo's. I have created Frank & Flo's with one simple aim in mind: To help others find their true place in this world. We all feel lost sometimes and in a world that is so busy, with a culture so demanding we quickly become disconnected with ourselves and our natural world. This is where Frank comes in, Frank is my 4 year old Husky, my best friend who has not only sat with me during my own personal struggles, but has kept me connected to nature, my true self and reminded me of my own purpose. Frank and I have spent days and nights travelling in our camper van Flo, discovering new places and a world I never knew existed. I began to realise that there is so much more to life than what we see. We just need to overcome our limiting beliefs that are holding us in our boxes!

This is what I want to share with you, that despite the heartache the world is a beautiful place. That there is hope. That you have a place in this world, and you deserve to find it too.

Finally, and most importantly, my main reason and motivation for everything I do is my life long best friend Luke. Luke sadly lost his life to mental health in 2025, after his battle with addiction.

My promise to Luke is that I will live my life to the fullest for him, make a difference to the lives I meet along my journey and carry a bit of his light wherever I go.
